During the second quarter of 2021, the top social apps on the Android platform in Israel demonstrated diverse performance trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides a detailed look into how these apps fared.

TikTok experienced a significant increase in weekly revenue, starting at around $5K at the end of March and peaking at approximately $33.6K by the end of June. Weekly downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of about 14.8K in the first week of April and stabilizing around 12K by the end of the quarter. Active users showed a slight decline from 2.31M to 2.37M over the same period.

Tango - Live Stream, Video Chat had a notable peak in weekly revenue in early May at $22.4K, before dropping to $5.3K by the end of June. Downloads were relatively low but saw a gradual increase, starting from 320 and reaching 578 by the last week of June. Active users remained fairly stable, fluctuating between 17K and 19K.

LivU - Live Video Chat saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, from $6.8K at the end of March to around $9.6K by the end of June. Downloads showed a similar trend, with a significant rise in mid-June, peaking at 2.5K. Active users also increased steadily, starting at 6.9K and reaching 9.1K by the end of the quarter.

Me - Caller ID & Spam Blocker experienced moderate fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting at $3.5K and peaking at $5.0K in mid-June. Downloads showed a slight decrease, starting at 8.5K and ending at 5.7K. Active users, however, saw a gradual increase from 778K to 797K throughout the quarter.
